Inspo Beauty is a beauty salon from Suceava county, Romania and offers make-up, hairdressing & other services.

Problem:

We were asked for a website where Inspo Beauty customers can make an appointment for one of the services offered, but also an efficient way to store, track and organize these appointments.

The solution:

1. we created a presentation website with a form where customers can select the desired services and schedule a meeting

2. the form constantly communicates with the administration platform to disable dates and times already occupied by other people

3. several accounts have been created for the administration platform, for each employee of the salon separately, through which everyone can manage their own appointments

4. after an appointment is made, it is confirmed by an operator, and the client receives an automatic email by which he is notified

5. one day before the appointment, the client receives an automatic email (reminder type)

6. every morning the platform sends an automatic email to each employee of the salon, which lists the appointments they have for the current day, respectively the following day

7. each employee can deactivate specific data (so that appointments are not made on vacation days, for example)

8. from the administration platform the schedules can be activated/deactivated

9. reviews can be added that will later appear on the website

10. the possibility to make appointments through an affiliate link

Results:

1. over 600 appointments were made, without major problems

2. functions run properly

3. the website appears in the first results on Google when searching for keywords in the field
