A complete digital solution designed for beauty salons to streamline client bookings and day-to-day operations.

The problem

Many beauty salons still manage their bookings manually — through phone calls, social media messages, or notebooks. This leads to:

• Missed or overlapping appointments
• Difficulty tracking staff availability
• No clear way to close bookings during holidays or sick days
• Confusion over which services are available and when

For salon owners, this creates unnecessary stress and lost time. For clients, it’s frustrating and unprofessional.

The solution

We developed a custom website and internal management platform tailored to the specific needs of beauty salons.

The website (what clients see)

The public-facing website is modern, mobile-friendly, and fast. It allows clients to:

• Explore the salon's services and descriptions
• Learn more about the salon and its team
• Book appointments directly through an online form

The services shown on the site are always up to date because they’re connected to the management platform the owner uses.

The management platform (what the owner sees)

This is the core of the system — a private dashboard where the salon owner can manage every part of the business.

Employee management

• Add new employees (hair stylists, makeup artists, etc.)
• Set their availability
• Mark days off or vacations
• Assign specific services to each employee

Appointment system

• View all upcoming appointments in one place
• See who is booked, when, and with which service
• Get alerts if a double booking is attempted
• Cancel or update appointments easily

Opening & closing bookings

• Temporarily block out dates (like holidays or full days off)
• Set a maximum date in the future for when people can book
• Close or reopen bookings anytime with a single click

Service management

• Add or update services (e.g. haircuts, facials, manicures)
• Set custom descriptions and durations for each
• Link services to specific staff (e.g. “Massage” only available with Ana)

Email notifications

Automatic emails are sent when appointments are confirmed, changed, or canceled — keeping both the salon and the client informed
